Conserve has been appointed by client to facilitate Design & Construction stage LEED Certification and Mostadam documentation for the project. The proposed project comprises of following assets / components: Museum – Hall of Imagination, Maker’s Souk, Pump House, Parking & Technical. Oceanarium,  Opera House, Parking Lot, Stadium, Villages. The land is a brownfield site, with prime water frontage suitable for re-development.
